Jason is the absolute best - extremely knowledgeable of all the different areas in San Francisco and gives you his honest feedback on the neighborhood or location after personally reviewing all the disclosure packages (IE new construction happening across the street, money pits, etc.) In this hyper-competitive market, you need someone who is responsive, on top of new listings, and willing to hang in there until escrow closes!
